1 yr exp must incl:
Leveraged-finance transactns, incl term debt financgs, revolv loan financgs & secured notes issuance;
Debtor-in-possess financgs, exit financgs & liability mangmnt exercises;
Prep financing docs, incl term sheets, credit agreemnts, security docs, secured notes indentures, equity contribution agreemnts & intercreditor agreemnts;
Prep corp docs, incl preferred equity issuance docs, LLC agreemnts, resolutions & officer certificates;
Conduct due diligence reviews for secured & unsecured loan docs, customer contracts, asset purchase agreemnts & corp organiztnal docs. xrlwcon
NY bar admission req.
