Investment Banking VP - Metals & Mining

Our client is seeking a Vice President 1 to join their Industrials Investment Banking team, with a particular focus on Metals & Mining. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a leading global advisory firm, working on high-profile transactions and strategic advisory mandates.

• Lead and execute complex M&A transactions, including buy-side, sell-side, and strategic advisory engagements.
• Manage day-to-day deal processes, including financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and client presentations.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships across the Industrials sector.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional development.

• 5-7 years of investment banking experience, with a strong track record in M&A execution.
• Prior experience in Industrials is highly preferred;
  Metals & Mining experience is a plus but not required.
• Exceptional technical skills in financial modeling and valuation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client management abilities.
