. This senior role will oversee execution of both systematic and discretionary equity strategies across Asian markets, driving alpha and managing trading teams.

- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Familiarity with algorithmic or systematic trading a plus
- Proven leadership experience managing trading teams
