A rapidly expanding national food manufacturing group is seeking a strategic, influential CFO to join its senior team. This role works closely with the CEO and COO to shape financial direction, build scalable systems, and strengthen performance across multiple production sites.

• Full ownership of financial strategy, planning, and governance
• FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year modelling
• Cost accounting, standard costing, SKU margins, and plant-level performance
• Consolidated reporting across multiple entities
• Cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships
• ERP optimization, automation, and process improvements
• Support, mentor, and grow a high‑performing Finance, Accounting & Payroll team

• Deep experience in manufacturing finance and cost accounting
• Strong background in FP&A, plant performance, and multi‑entity reporting
• Proven ability to build scalable processes in fast‑growing environments
• Experience partnering with Operations, Supply Chain, and commercial teams
• ERP proficiency (Net Suite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
