Compensation:
$200–$500/hour or transaction-based earnings, depending on scope, deal size, and advisory engagement

Capital Markets Advisors represent a senior tier of the ecosystem—providing strategic, high-touch guidance to sponsors, funds, and investors while benefiting from both direct earning opportunities and enhanced credibility across our network.

Initio Sphere is onboarding Capital Markets Advisors to provide strategic, operational, and capital-markets guidance to fund managers, investors, and deal sponsors.

This is not a traditional employment role
. Capital Markets Advisors operate as independent contractors
, activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Capital Markets Advisors:

Advise on fund formation, capital strategy, and transaction structuring

Support capital raising efforts, LP positioning, and investor engagement strategy

Guide deal sponsors through structuring, diligence oversight, and negotiations

Mentor analysts and deal origination professionals within the ecosystem

Access curated deal flow, advisory engagements, and transaction-based earning opportunities

Build a verified Capital Markets Advisor Track Record within Initio Sphere

This role is suited for seasoned professionals with demonstrated experience across capital markets, transactions, and investor-facing execution.

Approved Capital Markets Advisors may:

Advise fund managers on capital strategy, LP outreach, and fundraising positioning

Support deal sponsors with transaction structuring, diligence management, and negotiation strategy

Mentor analysts and origination professionals on modeling, diligence processes, and deal execution standards

Provide portfolio-level advisory, operational insights, and value-creation guidance

Participate in curated introductions with institutional investors, family offices, and co-investors

Advisors focus on high-level strategic guidance and relationship-driven deal activation
. Day-to-day financial modeling or execution work is not required unless explicitly approved.

Based on experience and approval, Capital Markets Advisors may support:

Fund formation, capital raising, and LP communications

Deal structuring, investment committee preparation, and transaction strategy

Portfolio company operations and value creation initiatives

Mentorship and technical training for analysts and origination professionals

Investor relations strategy and capital network development

Approval is granted based on demonstrated track record, transaction experience, and advisory credibility.

Hourly advisory rates ranging from $200–$500
, based on experience and engagement scope

Transaction-based incentives available for advisory support on closed deals

Payments issued upon completion of advisory milestones or successful deal closure

No cap on earning potential for consistent, high-impact contributions

Submit a Capital Markets Advisor application with background, deal history, and track record

Complete verification and advisory category approval

Get promoted within the Initio Sphere platform

Begin working with funds, sponsors, and analysts on approved engagements

This process ensures selectivity, credibility, and direct access to real opportunities.

Provide investment advice to the general public

Solicit securities

Market investments outside of approved channels

Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated or broker-dealer capacity

All advisory activity must comply with applicable securities laws and remain focused on strategic guidance, mentoring, and transaction support.

Former investment bankers, private equity, venture, or senior fund professionals

Experienced operators or founders with deep capital markets exposure

Senior advisors capable of mentoring and elevating analysts and origination teams

Professionals seeking high-touch advisory work with real transaction exposure
