Compensation
$200–$500/hour or transaction-based earnings, depending on scope, deal size, and advisory engagement

Senior Investment Advisors represent a top-tier role within the ecosystem—providing high-level investment, capital markets, and strategic guidance to sponsors, funds, and investors while benefiting from meaningful earning opportunities and enhanced credibility across the platform.

Initio Sphere is onboarding Senior Investment Advisors to deliver strategic, investment-focused, and capital advisory support to fund managers, investors, and deal sponsors.

This is not a traditional employment role
. Advisors operate as independent contractors and are activated through a selective verification and approval process.

Once approved, Senior Investment Advisors may:

Advise on investment strategy, fund formation, and capital raising

Guide deal structuring, diligence strategy, and execution oversight

Provide portfolio-level and value creation advisory

Mentor analysts and deal scouts, reinforcing institutional standards

Access curated deal flow and transaction-based earning opportunities

Build a verified Senior Advisor Track Record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is designed for seasoned investment professionals with a demonstrated history of capital deployment, transaction leadership, and investor engagement.

Approved Senior Investment Advisors may:

Advise fund managers on investment strategy, LP positioning, and fundraising narratives

Support deal sponsors with transaction structuring, diligence oversight, and negotiation strategy

Provide investment committee–level insights and capital markets perspective

Mentor analysts and deal scouts on modeling standards, diligence frameworks, and execution best practices

Deliver portfolio advisory services and value creation guidance

Participate in curated introductions with institutional investors, family offices, or co-investors

Advisors operate at a strategic and senior advisory level and do not perform routine transactional modeling unless explicitly approved for a specific engagement.

Fund formation, investment strategy, and capital raising

LP communications and investor positioning

Deal structuring, IC support, and transaction strategy

Portfolio company advisory and operational value creation

Analyst and scout mentorship and technical development

Investor relations and capital network strategy

Approval is based on demonstrated experience, transaction track record, and the ability to advise on real, executed investments.

Hourly advisory rates: $200–$500
, based on experience and scope

Transaction-based incentives for advisory contributions on closed deals

Payments issued upon completion of advisory milestones or deal closings

No cap on earning potential for sustained, high-impact contributions

Complete verification and advisory category approval

Receive platform promotion and visibility

Begin engagements with funds, sponsors, and analysts on approved mandates

This process ensures selectivity, credibility, and direct access to live opportunities.

Provide investment advice to the general public

Solicit securities

Market investments outside approved channels

Act as representatives of Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity

All advisory activities must comply with applicable securities laws and remain focused on strategic guidance, mentorship, and transaction support.

Former or current professionals in IB, PE, VC, credit, or private capital funds

Senior fund executives, investment partners, or principals

Experienced operators or founders with deep deal and investor networks

Advisors capable of mentoring analysts and elevating institutional rigor

Direct access to fund managers, investors, and active deal flow

Monetize senior-level investment expertise without employment constraints

Build verified credibility within a high-signal private capital ecosystem

Influence and mentor the next generation of investment professionals
