Location: New York

Overview

LHH is partnering with a fantastic organization in the non-profit space to support their need for an Interim FP&A Manager to join their team on a 5+ month contract basis. This position will require some in-office work in Manhattan, NY.

Responsibilities
  • Manage team of 4 analysts and oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
  • Prepare, consolidate and analyze P&Ls across various departments
  • Work with team to support process improvement
  • Identify additional reporting needs and collaborate with reporting team on further development
  • Provide ad-hoc analytical support as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor s Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field is required; MBA or CPA is a plus
  • 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Prior non-profit experience is strongly preferred
  • Prior working knowledge of Net Suite is a huge plus
  • Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, v-lookups;
    Creating macros is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment
Compensation

Compensation: $55 - $80/hr, depending on experience.
