A respected public accounting firm in NYC is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join their growing team.
This position is ideal for a tax professional with a strong background in high-net-worth (HNW) individual tax matters and corporate returns
.
- Manage and review complex 1040s
, corporate, and partnership tax returns - Serve as a trusted advisor to HNW clients, providing tax planning and strategy
- Supervise and mentor junior staff; lead performance reviews and training
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Conduct tax research and stay informed on evolving tax laws and policies
- Collaborate with firm leadership on client service, workflow, and business development
- CPA license required
- 5+ years of tax experience in public accounting
- Expertise in HNW individual and corporate tax returns
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
