The role, reporting to the Director, Capital Markets, will be responsible for supporting Terra Form Power’s debt and tax equity capital raising, as well as support of the company’s project development and M&A strategies.

- Support the structuring, negotiation and execution of project financing structures using a variety of non‑recourse structures including both tax equity transactions and various forms of project and portfolio debt
- Support strategic corporate initiatives involving senior management team
- Contribute to M&A due diligence activities including financial valuation analysis and capital structure optimization
- Develop and prepare financial models for capital raising activities and acquisition financing opportunities
- Prepare investor and lender presentations, analyze proposals and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage a timely closing process
- Prepare periodic reports for the purposes of management reporting, policy compliance and evaluating performance
- Identify and monitor financial risks in the business and provide recommendations to mitigate exposures
- Conduct special projects as required

Requirements- Graduate or Undergraduate Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or related
- Minimum 5+ (five) years of relevant industry experience in project finance, leveraged finance, M&A or renewable energy business development
- Project finance modelling skills and experience – renewable energy specifically is a plus
- Attention to detail and advanced organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Execution focused mindset with a high level of initiative
- Ability to multi‑task and work in a very fast‑paced environment
- Flexibility to address changing priorities and time demands
- Team‑oriented with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop collaborative working relationships across multiple functional areas in the organization
- Progression within previous roles and demonstrated advancement with growing responsibilities
- Familiarity with solar, wind, battery energy storage or other PTC‑ or ITC‑enabling technologies
- Fluency in financing structures such as PTCs, ITCs, tax credit transfers, back‑ and front‑leverage structures, fixed income or long‑tenor bond products (i.e. private debt, private placements, etc)
- Experience in value‑creation and developing/negotiating financing and capital structures to optimize sponsor economics and in value‑creation, experience in appraisal concepts (i.e. FMV, eligible basis) and negotiation a plus
- Advanced Excel skills required, including building macros and other advanced functionality
- Familiarity with debt and tax equity documentation principles
- Ability to manage debt and tax equity partner due diligence and closing process (experience managing third party consultants a plus)
- Experience in detailed financial modeling of tax equity and debt transactions and valuation of relevant companies and markets
- CFA member or be progressing towards completion of said designation (preferred)
- Strong passion and experience in renewable energy development

Base Salary: $140,0000 - $185,000; bonus eligible
