PositionSummary
We are looking for a dynamic Finance Associate/Senior Associate, Capital Markets and Reporting
, to support our CFO & Head of Capital Markets in managing critical financial reporting functions, including FP&A, securitization related reporting, financial models, and audits. This role is ideal for an early-career finance or accounting professional eager to expand their experience in a fast-paced, hands‑on environment.
The ideal candidate will be a self‑starter with strong analytical skills, an eye for detail, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving. This position requires someone to be comfortable balancing routine financial tasks with high‑impact strategic projects while working independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare financial reports for management, lenders, and external stakeholders.
- Support warehouse lender & securitization reporting requirements, including borrowing base calculations and compliance reporting.
- Assist in developing budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support long term strategic planning with performance and origination variance functionality.
- Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Support cross‑functional teams with financial data and decision‑making tools.
- Prepare financial reports for management, lenders, and external stakeholders.
- Support warehouse lender & securitization reporting requirements, including borrowing base calculations and compliance reporting.
- Assist in monthly close processes, including reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Provide support for external audits by preparing the necessary schedules and documentation.
- Support monthly data room maintenance and client requests.
- Assist senior team members in the evaluation, preparedness & due diligence of financing facilities & securitizations
- Participate in investor and lender discussions ensuring timely follow‑up and ongoing relationship needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles and capital markets.
- 2–4 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or FP&A within Financial Services.
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills including SQL, Pivot tables, V‑lookup, H‑lookup, MACROs and advanced formulas.
- Familiarity with financial reporting, cash flow forecasting, and variance analysis within a lending business.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem‑solving.
- Excellent communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset
