Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 base (DOE) + Uncapped Commission

Our team partners with Private Equity funds, Investment Banks, Asset Managers, Developers, and Energy-Tech innovators to deliver the financial professionals driving investment, growth, and the energy transition.

We operate in a true niche: placing finance professionals exclusively into the Energy & Infrastructure markets. From Renewable Energy and Digital Infrastructure to Transportation and Power Generation, you’ll recruit the specialists shaping the future of global energy.

This is a 360 sales role for someone who thrives on building a desk, closing business, and owning revenue growth in a high-demand market.

• Hunt, pitch, and win new business across Private Equity, Project Finance, Real Assets, and Corporate Finance.
• Build relationships with CFOs, investment leaders, and senior financial decision-makers.
• Negotiate fees, secure retained/multi-hire agreements, and grow a profitable client portfolio.
• Own your desk and generate consistent, high-value revenue.

• Source, headhunt, and place mid-to-senior finance talent across permanent roles.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from first outreach to final placement.
• Provide clients with market intelligence, hiring strategy guidance, and insight into the finance landscape within energy.
• Deliver high-quality service that creates repeat and referral business.

• Track investment trends, project pipelines, and hiring demand across Energy & Infrastructure.
• Position yourself as a specialist in Finance Recruitment for the energy transition.
• Optional leadership track: mentor junior consultants and contribute to scaling the New York Finance team.

• 1.5+ years of success in recruitment in Technical Markets (Finance/Accounting experience ideal).
• Proven hunter mentality comfortable with outreach, pitching, and driving new business.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders.
• Commercially driven, competitive, and resilient.
• Must have permanent U.S. work authorization.
