- Work closely with senior traders to facilitate and manage customer orders across ADR and OTC markets
- Communicate with clients to relay order handling instructions, execution updates, and market color
- Monitor open orders and market conditions to support timely and accurate executions
- Assist in ensuring orders are handled in accordance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and best execution standards
- Produce and evaluate market recaps, client summaries, and trade activity reports
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with firm clients through regular communication and responsiveness
- Partner with traders and operations teams to support trade processing, issue resolution, and post trade follow up
- Support ongoing desk initiatives related to process improvement, compliance, and execution quality
- FINRA Series 7 & 63 license required
- FINRA Series 57 license preferred
- Strong interest in equity markets, trading, and market structure
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a time sensitive environment
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn in a collaborative team setting
- Bachelor’s Degree required
