Job SummaryThe Senior Analyst, Financial Reporting & Analysis plays a critical role in ensuring accurate, timely, and actionable financial reporting across Pernod Ricard USA and North America. Reporting to the Manager, Financial Reporting & Analysis, this role executes monthly close, consolidates results in Tagetik, Hyperion, and JD Edwards, and supports the preparation of management reporting and executive materials. You will collaborate across Finance, IT, and Operations Excellence teams to maintain and improve reporting tools and processes, providing insights that drive decision-making and support organizational growth.

WhatYou'll Do
- Execute monthly financial reporting in Tagetik and local systems (Hyperion, JD Edwards), ensuring accurate consolidation, validation, and submission of PR USA and PR North America results.
- Prepare and maintain standard reports, templates, and financial dashboards ahead of close week to ensure readiness and data integrity.
- Perform reconciliations, variance analyses, and detailed checks to identify and resolve discrepancies before submission deadlines.
- Support the preparation of management and executive reporting materials, including Monthly Pack, Quarterly Business Reviews, and Quarterly Internal Meetings, consolidating key insights and financial drivers.
- Verify and publish final management reports, ensuring consistency across systems and versions.
- Communicate timelines, deliverables, and expectations clearly to cross-functional partners during the close and reporting cycle.
- Collaborate with IT and Operations Excellence teams to support system enhancements, testing, and automation of reporting processes.
- Ensure ongoing accuracy, integrity, and completeness of financial data across all Pernod Ricard USA and Group financial systems.
- Respond to audit and compliance requests by preparing and validating required data and documentation in a timely manner.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in reporting processes, templates, and tools to enhance efficiency and reliability across the Finance organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial reporting, planning, or business analytics with demonstrable career progression.
- Experience preparing accurate, timely financial reports and reconciliations in a professional finance environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Hyperion Essbase and Tagetik or comparable financial systems.
- Understanding of basic to advanced accounting principles is a plus.
- Office-based role with limited travel (up to 1 week per year for seminars or company events).
