- Controller - Credit Funds (50b aum PE/ Credit Firm)

- Manage 3-4 individuals as well as day to day operations of fund accounting team
- Oversee fund administrator activities during quarterly and annual close cycles.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders on cash collateral and fund operations.
- Review GAAP financial statements and footnote disclosures for multiple entities.
- Prepare monthly performance estimates for senior management.
- Review management fee calculations and waterfall models.
- Monitor and maintain fund leverage facilities.
- Assist in drafting and interpreting fund documents (PPM, LPA, NPA).
- Support regulatory compliance filings and quarterly valuations.
- Manage fund audits and respond to auditor inquiries.
- Partner with internal teams across Finance, Investment, Marketing/IR, and Tax.
