Location: New York
We’re partnering with a top-tier, mid-sized accounting firm to find a Tax Manager with private fund experience. This is a chance to work with hedge funds, private equity, real estate, and fund-of-funds clients while leading teams and delivering strategic tax solutions.
Responsibilities- Lead tax compliance and advisory for private fund clients.
- Review partnership and corporate tax returns, advise on fund structuring, allocations, and incentive arrangements.
- Serve as primary client contact and mentor staff.
- Identify tax planning opportunities and implement strategies.
- Bachelor’s in Accounting; CPA preferred.
- 5+ years public accounting experience with private fund focus.
