VP Private Capital Solutions

Our client, a leading global investment bank with a premier Capital Markets advisory franchise, is seeking a Vice President to join its Capital Markets team. This group originates, structures, and executes a wide range of private and public debt and equity financings for corporate and private equity clients across numerous industries. This is a high‑visibility role offering broad product exposure, hands‑on deal experience, and significant interaction with senior leadership.

• Work alongside a highly talented senior team, gaining visibility into strategic and technical considerations across complex financings.
• Evaluate and structure tailored financing alternatives for corporate and sponsor‑backed clients.
• Play an integral role in deal execution from initial pitch to closing.
• Build deep expertise across debt and equity capital markets while sharpening core corporate finance and valuation skills.
• Engage directly with management teams across a wide range of industries and capital needs.

• 6–7 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, lending, credit underwriting, debt structuring, syndication, or related corporate finance roles
• Undergraduate degree (business/economics preferred but not required); MBA a plus
• Strong academic performance with the ability to excel in a dynamic, unstructured environment
• Strong accounting, finance, and financial modeling skills
