A law firm seeks a Global Finance Associate (Lending) in New York. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in syndicated lending and/or private credit/direct lending, representing either borrowers or lenders.
Duties- Draft and negotiate transaction documents.
- Lead financing transactions for borrower and lender clients.
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with sponsor finance/LBO finance preferred.
- Admitted or eligible for admission to the New York bar.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
- Admission to the New York bar or eligibility for admission.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead complex financing transactions.
