The VP of FP&A will lead planning, forecasting, and performance management for USA ODC, bringing clarity, rigor, and confidence to how we plan and measure success. Working closely with the USA CFO and senior leadership, this role translates data into meaningful insight, helping leaders understand what matters most and where to focus. The role connects global ambition with local execution, embedding best‑in‑class planning practices and leading business reviews that drive ownership and accountability.
The VP will also build and inspire a high‑performing FP&A team, championing execution and continuous improvement in line with the William Grant Way.
