Location: New York

International Financial services Company seeks a Bilingual Japanese Treasury Specialist to proceed accounting and treasury operations in the New York Office.

Responsibilities

Managing the contract of the treasury transactions (Borrowings and Inter-company loans)

Handling cash operation related to the treasury transactions (Wire transfers, Cash Management,)

Handling payments for vendors taxes

Recording daily transactional activity and preparing financial information for the outside accountants and the headquarter in Tokyo

Office Management & Other Miscellaneous - support managements

Requirements

Ability to handle the fund transfer using online banking system and journal entry
Strong communication Skills in both English and Japanese
Bachelor’s Degree from four-year accredited college or university; or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
Three or more years of related work experiences
Good computer skills including MS Office, Accounting Software such as Quick Books
