This is a full‑time, on‑site Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role based in New York, NY. The CFO will oversee the company’s financial strategy, manage financial planning, monitor financial performance, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, conducting financial reporting, creating budgets, analyzing financial data, and providing insights to assist in decision‑making. The CFO will work closely with executives and stakeholders to ensure Optimum Education’s fiscal health and long‑term success.

• Expertise in Financial Planning and creating budgets
• Proficiency in managing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong Finance and Analytical Skills to support data‑driven decision‑making
• Proven experience in strategic leadership and managing financial operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; an MBA or CPA is a plus
