Overview
We partner with regulated organizations seeking ESG Advisors to support compliance-driven ESG, sustainability, and regulatory financial reporting initiatives. This role focuses on advising on disclosure requirements, supporting regulatory reporting obligations, and helping organizations align ESG reporting with evolving regulatory and stakeholder expectations. This is a temp to perm role.
Key Responsibilities- Advise on ESG and sustainability-related regulatory reporting requirements and compliance obligations
- Support preparation and review of ESG disclosures, regulatory filings, and financial reporting materials
- Interpret evolving ESG regulations, standards, and reporting frameworks and assess organizational impact
- Partner with Finance, Compliance, Risk, and Legal teams on ESG reporting initiatives
- Support internal controls, documentation, and governance related to ESG and sustainability reporting
- Assist with audit readiness and responses related to ESG and regulatory financial disclosures
- Monitor regulatory developments and emerging trends impacting ESG reporting
- Help develop and maintain ESG reporting policies, procedures, and compliance documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Sustainability, or a related field required
- 5–10+ years of experience in ESG reporting, regulatory financial reporting, compliance, or advisory roles
- Strong understanding of ESG reporting frameworks and regulatory disclosure requirements
- Experience supporting regulated organizations or public company reporting environments preferred
- Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical reporting and compliance guidance
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills
- $55-75/hour depending on experience
