Audit and Advisory Manager

Overview

We partner with regulated organizations seeking Audit & Advisory Managers to support compliance-driven audit, advisory, and risk initiatives. This role focuses on leading audit support efforts, advising on regulatory and financial control matters, and helping organizations navigate complex compliance and audit requirements across regulated environments.

• Manage and support audit and advisory engagements related to regulatory compliance and financial controls
• Lead planning and execution of audit support activities, including risk assessments and issue identification
• Advise internal stakeholders on audit findings, remediation strategies, and compliance best practices
• Coordinate with internal audit, external auditors, and advisory partners
• Support regulatory exams, audit inquiries, and compliance-driven reviews
• Oversee documentation, reporting, and tracking of audit and advisory deliverables
• Partner with Finance, Compliance, and Risk teams to address control gaps and audit observations
• Provide guidance on governance, internal controls, and audit readiness initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
• 6–10+ years of experience in audit, advisory, or compliance-focused roles
• Strong understanding of internal controls, audit methodologies, and regulatory expectations
  
  Experience supporting regulated or public company environments preferred
• Prior experience in a lead or managerial capacity strongly preferred
• CPA, CIA, or similar certification a plus
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

$130,000–$170,000 base salary, depending on experience and market
