Compensation Associate, Finance & Banking

A leading global investment manager is seeking a Compensation Associate to join its Compensation team, a critical function supporting the firm’s institutional and intermediary sales organizations. In this role, you will manage end-to-end compensation processing, deliver clear data-driven insights to senior leadership, and provide key financial oversight that informs firmwide planning.

• Own the full lifecycle of commission- and incentive-based compensation accounting
• Collaborate with Technology, HCM, Fund Administration, Client Billing, and Client Coverage teams to ensure accuracy and resolve complex compensation issues
• Provide financial oversight and reporting that supports firmwide planning and strategic decision-making
• Generate actionable, data-driven insights for senior leadership to inform compensation strategy
• Drive process improvement initiatives, workflow efficiency, and modernization of the compensation infrastructure

• 3+ years of experience in compensation accounting
• Commission-based compensation experience is required
