Client is seeking a seasoned Financial Operations Manager to join their Global Marketing Team. As the primary owner of the team’s finances, you will manage budgets, forecast reports, accruals, and financial tracking, while serving as the key liaison with Finance. You’ll collaborate closely with the Director of Integrated Marketing and Business Unit Marketing leads to support financial planning, reporting, and operational priorities.

• Manage the Corporate Marketing team’s budget, including monthly forecasts, invoice tracking, budget trainings, and accrual documentation.
• Partner with Business Unit Marketing leads to prepare and manage respective budgets.
• Collaborate regularly with the Finance team on budgets, codes, reports, and accruals reporting.
• Build, share, and communicate a regular reporting cadence to the Head of Marketing and Business Unit Marketing leads on budget status, actuals tracking, and forecasting.
• Ensure smooth team operations by identifying priorities with the Director of Integrated Marketing, addressing issues, and communicating resolutions effectively.

• B.S. or MBA in Finance or Accounting, with considerate knowledge of Marketing.
• 6+ years of experience in financial operations with significant budget tracking expertise.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience or knowledge of business data management tools (e.g., Power
  
  BI) is an advantage.
• Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to learn and understand the business.
• Excellent project management capabilities.
