Regulatory Reporting Senior Group Manager - Director

· Working with the relevant Risk & Controls team, maintain and continue to enhance an effective internal controls structure to satisfy the Management Control Assessment (MCA) Risk and Controls requirements.
· Accountable executive for Internal Audits, Independent Risk Management, and external reviews for capital regulatory reporting.  Including addressing and develop plans to remediate review findings.
· Partner with the Regulatory Reporting Interpretative Office, Basel Interpretative Office, and Accounting Policy on their interpretations and assessment of new and proposed regulatory and accounting rules including reviewing capital and accounting treatment with US regulators.
· Review and develop regulatory reporting training with updated regulatory guidance.
* 15+ years of extensive experience within the financial services industry and regulatory reporting.
* 8-10+ years managerial experience.
* In-depth knowledge of U.S. regulatory reports such as those mentioned above along with expertise in Basel III capital regulations, GAAP/SEC Reporting and stress testing frameworks like CCAR.
* Able to navigate through a large organization to streamline and summarize multiple information points and create repeatable processes to build consistency in presenting information.
* Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with ability to synthesize complex concepts, and influence change.
* Strong technical problem-solving skills and an ability to identify conflicts, discrepancies and other issues and bring together the right team to solution them.
* Strategic mindset, ability to plan ahead to future possibilities and translate them into breakthrough strategies.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks in a complex and dynamic and work well as part of a team.
