We are seeking a high-performing VP of Sales to lead our global cross-border crypto payment business. This role focuses on stablecoin-based payment solutions and will cover APAC, Europe, and North America. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in international payments with strong product knowledge and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. Crypto experience is highly preferred but not mandatory for candidates with exceptional payment industry credentials.
Key Responsibilities- Own the sales strategy and execution for global cross-border crypto payment solutions, including stablecoin-based products.
- Drive revenue growth across APAC, Europe, and North America.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team capable of penetrating and expanding target markets.
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and business development teams to align go-to-market strategies.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Provide market feedback to influence product roadmap and competitive positioning.
- Maintain deep understanding of international payment infrastructure, regulatory requirements, and crypto payment trends.
- 10+ years of sales experience in international payments, fintech, or crypto payment solutions, with a proven leadership track record.
- Solid experience in product-led sales and understanding of payment infrastructure.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business across multiple regions (APAC, Europe, North America).
- Strong relationships and network within international payments and financial services.
- Preferably experience with crypto or digital assets, particularly stable coins.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and team leadership skills.
- Results-oriented, with a strong bias for action and ownership of outcomes.
