Asset Management - Equity Research Healthcare ; non-therapeutic- Vice President

Job Summary:

As a Research Analyst within the US Equity Growth team, you will focus on areas within the non-therapeutic Healthcare sector with the objective of producing actionable investment recommendations. The focus is on Small and Mid Cap Growth companies.

• Perform thorough fundamental analysis of a company’s business and financial position to assess the quality of the franchise, the sustainability of its competitive advantage and its growth potential
• Utilize a variety of research methods to gain a differentiated perspective on a company’s prospects with an emphasis on identifying stocks that have the potential to meaningfully exceed consensus expectations and possess substantial future optionality
• Identify important secular growth themes and companies poised to gain market share and build an enduring franchise
• Initiate and maintain written and verbal communications with Portfolio Managers focusing on the critical variables driving the investment thesis
• Build and maintain financial models to estimate future earnings and cash flow potential

• Passion for the stock market generally and investing in growth stocks specifically

• At least 6 years of related industry experience

• Buy-side research experience preferred
• CFA preferred
