Investment Associate
Long Ridge Partners
Our client is a leading credit fund with over $90B AUM. They seek to hire an Investment Associate focused on private credit and special situations investing.
Base pay range$/yr – $/yr
Responsibilities- Participate directly in the investment process through direct exposure to senior leadership
- Evaluating potential transactions through detailed research and analysis
- Conducting due diligence and assisting in the entire process from deal origination to management
- Performing industry sector deep dives in conjunction with industry specialist teams
- Lead & support robust corporate models and stress testing
- Work with cross‑functional teams (investment teams, capital markets, finance, risk) to support day‑to‑day fund/portfolio level decisions
- 1-3 years of total work experience within an investment bank or investment firm with strong credit knowledge (2022‑2024 grads only)
- Experience using Bloomberg beneficial
- Strong quantitative skills, modeling with proficiency in Excel
- Bachelor’s degree from a top‑tier institution
- Demonstrated professional and academic achievement
- Energetic, self‑motivated, self‑starter who thrives on challenge in a dynamic environment
