Vice President / Senior Associate Investment Banking

We are seeking a Vice President or Senior Associate to join our Investment Banking, Advisory & Capital Markets team based in our New York City office. This individual will play a meaningful role in both the strategic direction and execution of client engagements across capital markets and advisory transactions.

• Serve as a key contributor to the development and execution of the Investment Banking, Advisory & Capital Markets strategies
• Work independently and collaboratively with analysts, associates, and more senior bankers to prepare marketing materials, financial analyses, and client presentations
• Execute transactions, including managing due diligence processes, legal coordination, and issuer communications
• Support and lead debt and/or equity capital markets transactions from origination through execution
• Demonstrate the ability to develop into a senior officer capable of sourcing, structuring, and executing transactions

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in investment banking, capital markets, or M&A
• Proven experience executing debt and/or equity new issue transactions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior clients and internal stakeholders
• High attention to detail and strong commitment to work quality
• Ability to independently create and deliver client presentations
• Self-starter with initiative who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and strong personal integrity
• FINRA Series 7, 63, and 79 required
