, is seeking a Stock Loan Operations Associate to support the firm’s equity finance and securities lending business
. This role sits at the center of front-to-back activity—supporting traders, counter parties, and custodians to ensure smooth settlement, accurate booking, and optimized collateral management.

Manage the daily lifecycle of stock loan and borrow transactions, including trade booking, recalls, returns, substitutions, and collateral movements.
Perform trade verification and reconciliation across internal systems, clearing agents, and custodians.
Work closely with front office traders and financing desks to resolve breaks, fails, and position discrepancies.
Monitor collateral requirements
, ensuring accurate margin calls and timely settlements.Reconcile cash and non-cash collateral (e.g., equities, treasuries) and ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.
Liaise with prime brokers, counter parties, and custodians to ensure accuracy of positions and corporate action processing.
Support automation and efficiency initiatives by enhancing workflows, exception reporting, and STP rates.
Coordinate with risk, compliance, finance, and technology to maintain data integrity and operational resilience.
2–5 years of experience in stock loan or equity finance operations within an investment bank, prime broker, or hedge fund.
Deep understanding of securities lending, repo, or equity financing workflows and trade life cycles.
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with platforms like Equi Lend, Pirum, or Broadridge.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and resolve breaks under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills—able to collaborate with front office, clients, and infrastructure teams.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to maintaining control and accuracy in a high-volume environment.
Exposure to front office trading desks and a clear path toward leadership or front-to-back product roles.
