Overview

Imprint is reimagining co-branded credit cards & financial products to be smarter, more rewarding, and truly brand-first. We partner with companies like Crate & Barrel, Rakuten, , H-E-B, Fetch, and Brooks Brothers to launch modern credit programs that deepen loyalty, unlock savings, and drive growth. Our platform combines advanced payments infrastructure, intelligent underwriting, and seamless UX to help brands offer powerful financial products—without becoming a bank.

Co-branded cards account for over $300 billion in U.S. annual spend—but most are still powered by legacy banks. Imprint is the modern alternative: flexible, tech-forward, and built for today’s consumer. Backed by Kleiner Perkins, Thrive Capital, and Khosla Ventures, we’re building a world-class team to redefine how people pay—and how brands grow. If you want to work fast, solve hard problems, and make a real impact, we’d love to meet you.

The

Team

Imprint’s Finance team sits at the center of the company’s most important decisions. We own the financial strategy powering our growth, and partner closely with leadership, investors, and merchant partners to execute this strategy. Our work combines deep analysis, strong cross-functional collaboration, and operational rigor as we are scaling rapidly while building durable financial discipline.

The Role

As a Strategic Finance Senior Manager, you will evaluate new partnerships, build and own sophisticated financial models, and provide clear, data-driven guidance on high-stakes strategic decisions that shape the future of the business.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with direct exposure to the C-Suite and close partnership with Business Development, Capital Markets, Growth, and Risk. You’ll own the financial narrative behind new deals, influence how capital is deployed, and help evolve our analytical capabilities – including advancing our use of automation and AI across financial processes.

The role reports directly to the Head of FP&A and Pricing, and is a hybrid role based out of our New York office.

Your Day-to-Day
  • Partner cross-functionally to lead the financial evaluation of new partners from initial diligence through execution.

  • Build and own end-to-end financial models that assess partner economics, capital efficiency, risk-adjusted returns, and strategic impact on Imprint’s portfolio, balance sheet, and long-term P&L.

  • Develop a clear, data-driven point of view on new opportunities by synthesizing financial performance, industry dynamics, partner insights, and market trends.

  • Identify key risks, sensitivities, and upside scenarios, translating complex financial drivers into actionable insights for senior leadership and key decision-makers.

  • Support core corporate FP&A work streams, including forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, unit economics, and variance analysis, with a strong focus on capital allocation and returns.

  • Partner cross-functionally to improve financial reporting, KPI design, and executive-level storytelling, ensuring insights are tightly aligned to strategic objectives.

  • Utilize AI to modernize corporate finance and analytical workflows, build more scalable and forward-looking decision tools, and drive improvements in modeling, analysis, and reporting.

What We Look For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

  • 2-4 years of experience in Investment Banking or Private Equity

  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, pricing, or financial analysis, preferably in consumer lending or fintech.

  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and forecasting.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint, with experience building financial systems, utilizing data analysis tools, and compiling executive materials.

  • Deep understanding of financial statements and the relationships between the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to communicate financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines…
