I'm partnering with several quantitative trading firms that are building out their quant research & systematic trading departments after a very successful FY 2025. The opportunities range from alpha research QR roles where you'll maintain ownership and PnL attribution to senior desk head quant trading seats where you can build orthogonal trading businesses. We partnered with the Founder of a quant hedge fund that has over a decade of quant PM experience at tier‑1 hedge funds specializing in trading global equities. His fund offers a collaborative environment where you'll report to the Founder directly on iterating new trading strategies, while also giving autonomy to scale a sizable portfolio utilizing their in‑house robust trading platform.

Note the Founder will offer a clearly defined PnL cut and is keen to bring on experienced PMs or experienced QRs who back themselves to manage risk.

We work directly with the founding team/C‑suite members of a NYC based prop trading group that specializes in trading high to medium frequency trading strategies across Equities, Futures, Crypto, and FX products. The business has grown their trading team more than 2x over the last 12‑24 months, and is keen to add experienced quant researchers/traders to continue building robust high‑Sharpe (3+) strategies into their portfolio.

Note if you have experience as a quant trader/PM, the Founding team is also open to giving a clearly defined PnL cut that aligns with the Sharpe. Top deals for high single‑digit Sharpe(s) can go upward to 40%, while still offering a base salary.
