ProgramDescription
The Summer Analyst Program is a 10‑week, in‑person experience that offers extensive exposure across the firm. Participants receive mentorship, continuous feedback, technical and soft‑skill training, networking opportunities with professionals, and a unique chance to fully immerse themselves in Blackstone’s culture.
Job DescriptionBlackstone’s Real Estate Debt Strategies team offers Summer Analysts experience on a professional team that finances real‑estate‑related companies, portfolios, and individual properties worldwide. Summer Analysts will be staff on multiple transactions, participating in evaluating, structuring, and executing deals, and attending internal and external meetings, negotiations, and property tours.
Responsibilities- Financial analysis and modeling
- Market research
- Competitive analysis
- Developing investment committee presentations
- Assisting in the execution of transactions
- Drafting memoranda for internal and external use
- Assisting in the development of new investment theses and lines of business

Candidate Eligibility- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student
- Anticipated graduation date:
Fall 2027 – Spring 2028 - Resume must include expected graduation month/year and GPA
- Resume must be in PDF format
$110,000 – $110,000. Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual’s experience, skills, qualifications and job location.
