We are hiring top sales talent across crypto, fintech, and traditional finance.

As the operational backbone of the digital economy, we handle a significant portion of Bitcoin network transactions, making us the largest independent digital asset custodian and staking provider in the world.
- Work closely with senior members of the fintech sales team to own and co‑own client relationships, supporting live deals by preparing presentations, proposals, and coordinating with internal teams.
- Become a subject‑matter expert in fintech & payments.
- Become an expert in the cryptocurrency market and Bit Go's custody, trading, staking, lending, and DeFi products.
- Operate in a fast‑paced environment, driving and managing client requests, issues, and initiatives across teams (trading, lending, operations, compliance, support).
- Own the full sales cycle: prospect new business, generate and qualify leads, nurture contacts, and close deals.
- Conduct consultative sales calls and product deep‑dives, leveraging your expertise of Bit Go's products and their fit for specific clients.
- 2‑5 years of experience in crypto, traditional finance (investment or corporate banking), or fintech. Client‑facing experience preferred but not required.
- Experience interacting with and providing white‑glove coverage and service to institutional clients.
- Knowledge of fintech, financial markets, crypto market trends, and custody.
- Ability to work in a competitive, fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated interest in digital assets.
- Knowledge of payments, protocols and tokens, DeFi, NFTs.
- Experience in investment or corporate banking, structured products, consulting, or other front‑office roles in finance.

Depending on leveling, the compensation for this role averages between $115,000 – $125,000 USD base salary. Equity, annual performance bonus and the benefits outlined above are also part of this role's package.
