* Job Description:

** This role offers the opportunity to work with an experienced team managing customized client portfolios. The open architecture approach combines external fund investments, private market strategies, direct investing and the Blackstone ecosystem.

At the Associate level, you will play an integral role in developing tools to assist the team with client reporting, creation of strategic marketing materials, client relationship management, message control and process enhancements and efficiency.

We are seeking an individual who thinks strategically, responds quickly and who can multi-task in a dynamic environment. The individual should work well in small teams, develop strong working relationships and work closely with Senior Management.

The successful candidate will develop a deep understanding of strategic asset allocation, portfolio construction, macro-economics, public & private markets or other investment topics important to investors. We are seeking an analytical problem-solver who can operate in the intersection between investment knowledge and client communication, can work well in small teams, has a client service mindset and is able to develop trust-based working relationships across the organization.

Responsibilities may include:
* Responding to an array of client inquires on their BXMA investments
* Developing enhanced analytics on client and prospect portfolios and investments
* Maintaining and creating marketing materials
* Producing customized presentations
* Overseeing and completing client reporting for customized accounts

* Qualifications:

** Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated, intelligent and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. In addition to strong analytical and quantitative skills, the successful candidate should have:
* 4+ years of relevant work experience (investment banking, asset management, alternatives etc.)
* Entrepreneurial, and strong ability to work as a member of a team
* Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
* Sound judgement and confidence
* The ability to complete ad hoc projects independently
* Experience working in a team environment and contributing to a positive team culture

** Expected annual base salary range:**$120,000 - $140,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
