Responsibilities- Managing and developing the Americas XVA Product Control team responsible for the production and reporting of the Daily P&L and Risk and ensuring it is completed in an efficient and controlled manner
- Being responsible for integrity of the balance sheet and accounting for the business
- Providing detailed analysis and commentary on the financials to desk heads, business managers, and senior finance management
- Partnering with the business and its stakeholders to implement robust controls and implement strategic initiatives
- Identifying and implementing continuous improvements and ensuring processes adapt to meet changing systems and control requirements
- Creating an inclusive working environment that builds a culture of trust and gives all team members the opportunity to learn, grow and achieve goals
- 6 years Product Control experience or equivalent
- Experience with in Product Control related to CVA/FVA
- Experience of leading and managing teams
- Demonstrable ability to drive strategic initiatives
- analytical skills and attention to detail including a strong control focus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to develop strong working relationships.
- Educated to at least Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) level
