Job Description:

We are seeking a mid-level lawyer to join our Finance group, which advises on a wide range of bespoke credit facilities. The lawyer will play a key role in documenting and negotiating complex financing arrangements, including employee co-invest lines of credit, management company lines of credit, NAV-based financings, and subscription facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate documentation for commercial lending transactions.
• Manage secured and unsecured financing matters, including ABL and cash flow loans.
• Advise on specialty finance, lender finance, and private client-focused facilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex transactions.
• Provide guidance to clients on structuring and executing finance arrangements.

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of finance law experience.
• Strong background in commercial lending, including ABL, cash flow, and specialty finance.
• Familiarity with private client-focused facilities such as NAV-based and subscription lines.
• Experience with secured and unsecured financings.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to New York.
