A tech and AI-focused VC firm is building out their back office as they grow their business. The firm has offices in both San Francisco as well as NYC, with the majority of the back office being based in New York. The VC firm invests not only in B2C and B2B technology, but also AI and digital asset related ventures. This is a great opportunity for someone who is excited and passionate about these spaces to work in this type of company.

This firm is seeking an individual with a personal interest in this space who wants to be apart of the cutting edge of technology.

• Work on fund accounting, financial statements, and assistance with audit and tax filings with external partners
• Support the investment operations such as wires and deal documentation
• Work with Controller on liquidity planning, capital calls and valuations
• Track performance of the portfolio companies
• Work with IR team on reporting and managing information for internal dashboards
• Assist with investor communication as needed
• Ad hoc project management

• 2-5 years of experience in public accounting
• CPA
• Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or a related field and a strong academic track record
