As we continue our nationwide growth, we are strengthening our financial team with a highly skilled Bookkeeper / CPA who can help us streamline operations, restructure systems for scalability, and ensure compliance across multiple entities. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who wants to go beyond traditional bookkeeping and play a strategic role in a growing organization.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will oversee both day-to-day accounting tasks and higher-level financial strategy, including:
- Managing full-cycle bookkeeping: accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
- Leading financial restructuring projects to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Preparing, reviewing, and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensuring full compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and industry-specific requirements.
- Coordinating audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting.
- Developing financial forecasts, budgets, and cash flow models to guide leadership decisions.
- Partnering with executive leadership on strategic financial planning, investment analysis, and growth initiatives.
- Designing and implementing internal controls to safeguard financial integrity across all company locations.
- CPA license required
. - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with strong expertise in bookkeeping and restructuring
. - Prior experience in multi-location organizations or healthcare/medical practices a strong plus.
- Advanced knowledge of accounting software (Quick Books, Net Suite, or comparable platforms).
- Strong financial analysis, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate financial insights into actionable strategies for non-financial stakeholders.
