Qualifications- Bachelor’s in business/accounting (required)
- CPA license (active/inactive)
- Notary public commission or willingness to obtain
- Familiarity with nonprofit finance and office procedures
- Basic computer skills (accounting software, spreadsheets, email)
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
- Professional, confidential, and Christ-like conduct
- Manage and maintain financial records
- Oversee billing, collections, banking, and payroll
- Advise on budgets, spending, and financial trends
- Negotiate contracts, leases, insurance, and vendor relationships
- Supervise records for extracurricular activities and donations
- Prepare financial reports; attend finance meetings
- Collaborate on personnel and compliance matters
