Job Overview

We’re looking for a Loan Processing Assistant to support the preparation, documentation, and verification of loan applications. This role ensures all applicant files are accurate, complete, and ready for underwriting review.

• Collect, review, and organize applicant documents (IDs, bank statements, forms, etc.).
• Verify loan application details for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain processing logs and update application statuses.
• Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, and applicants for missing information.
• Prepare files for underwriting and compliance checks.
• Assist with follow-ups, document requests, and internal reports.

• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with care.
• Basic understanding of loan processes and financial documentation.
• Proficient with Excel and CRM or loan processing systems.
