Primary Responsibilities- Provide bookkeeping services for multiple clients including payroll, bill‑paying, coordination with vendors, general ledger postings, bank reconciliations, write‑ups, mortgage applications, insurance placement, and various ad‑hoc projects.
- Provide business management, financial administration, and financial concierge services for multiple clients, which includes direct contact with clients and assistance with their various needs.
- Prepare client‑specific reports, including financial statements and spending reports.
- Assist with the forensic accounting for matrimonial actions and create presentations of findings for counsel and the court.
- Create and maintain written procedures on all aspects of this position, including “what and how to” manuals for each client, while continuously improving efficiency and minimizing errors.
- Perform administrative functions and operational duties.
- Support other team members as needed.
- 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Prior experience with a business‑management firm, family office, or CPA firm is a MUST.
- Excellence in a team‑based, client‑centric culture.
- Able to work independently on project‑type assignments.
- Knowledge of Quick Books required.
- Strong MS Office skills.
- Willingness to work until work is done.
- Excellent oral and written skills.
$65,000-$85,000
