Location: New York

Are you someone with impeccable attention to detail, who thrives in the rule‑oriented world of accounting? Is organizing financial data a passion, like a puzzle you can’t wait to solve? If so, we believe you would be an outstanding fit on our wealth management team.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide bookkeeping services for multiple clients including payroll, bill‑paying, coordination with vendors, general ledger postings, bank reconciliations, write‑ups, mortgage applications, insurance placement, and various ad‑hoc projects.
  • Provide business management, financial administration, and financial concierge services for multiple clients, which includes direct contact with clients and assistance with their various needs.
  • Prepare client‑specific reports, including financial statements and spending reports.
  • Assist with the forensic accounting for matrimonial actions and create presentations of findings for counsel and the court.
  • Create and maintain written procedures on all aspects of this position, including “what and how to” manuals for each client, while continuously improving efficiency and minimizing errors.
  • Perform administrative functions and operational duties.
  • Support other team members as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Prior experience with a business‑management firm, family office, or CPA firm is a MUST.
  • Excellence in a team‑based, client‑centric culture.
  • Able to work independently on project‑type assignments.
  • Knowledge of Quick Books required.
  • Strong MS Office skills.
  • Willingness to work until work is done.
  • Excellent oral and written skills.
Compensation Range

$65,000-$85,000
