Job Description:
The team is looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual to support the CFO program and deliverables related to management of issues (self-identified, audit-identified, regulator-identified) owned by the CFO Group. In this role the Business Control Manager will help drive CFO-wide adherence to the Company’s Issues Management Policies and Standards.
The Business Control Manager is a hands-on partner providing support to the CFO Group through direct engagement CFO Group teams and issue contacts.
Responsibilities:
Provide advice and counsel on the issues management process for CFO owned issues
Contribute to reporting and creating executive level talking points to summarize the current status of key issues (e.g., regulatory, past due, at risk issues, etc.)

Required Qualifications:
4+ years of financial industry or risk experience
Intellectually curious- our goal is to make the CFO issues program best in class; thus, we need to continuously look for ways to evolve and improve

Self-motivated and comfortable taking the initiative

Qualifications:
Experience with internal and/or regulatory issues
Risk or audit background
Knowledgeable of Bank of America's business lines, operations, control functions and organizational structure
