Job Description

We are representing a highly regarded global law firm that is seeking Fund Finance Associates with 3-6 years of relevant experience. Qualified candidates will have experience in syndicated lending, commercial lending, leverage finance, fund formation, CLOs, asset-based lending, NAV financings, or acquisition financings. • Advise clients on a variety of fund finance transactions including syndicated lending, leverage finance, NAV financings, CLOs, and acquisition financings.
• Engage in client interactions, working closely with banks, asset managers, and lending clients.
• Draft, review, and negotiate financing documents.

• 3-6 years of relevant experience in syndicated lending, commercial lending, leverage finance, fund formation, CLOs, asset-based lending, NAV financings, or acquisition financings.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong law firm legal experience.
• Ability to work effectively with clients and team members.

Base Salary Range: $260,000 – $420,000/year (depending on experience and location).
