Wholesale/Ecommerce company in NJ seeks a junior controller to join the team. NYC.
Job DescriptionWholesale/Ecommerce NYC company is seeking an experienced Junior Controller to manage and oversee all financial duties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eCommerce accounting and be proficient in reconciliation, reporting, and inventory tracking.
Key Responsibilities- Perform credit checks.
- Manage accounts receivable (A/R) functions.
- Conduct bank reconciliations.
- Reconcile transactions across multiple eCommerce portals.
- Reconcile eCommerce accounts.
- Ensure alignment between inventory software (Seller Cloud) and accounting software (Quick Books).
- Interact with the warehouse team to track inventory and maintain inventory reporting.
- Handle intercompany account invoicing and reconciliation.
- Generate monthly and yearly financial reports.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in eCommerce accounting.
- Familiarity with all major eCommerce portals.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Quick Books and advanced Excel skills.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
