• Lead the origination and execution of M&A and private placement transactions in cybersecurity, SaaS, infrastructure software, Dev Sec Ops , and cloud‑native platforms.
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to founders, CEOs, boards, and institutional investors navigating growth, capital strategy, and exits.
• Cultivate and expand a robust network of relationships with venture capital firms, growth equity funds, PE sponsors, and corporate development teams.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing junior team to support transaction execution, modeling, and pitch development.
• Represent Wedbush at major industry conferences and media outlets as a thought leader in software and security banking.
• Collaborate with our internal research, sales, and trading desks to deliver holistic, cross‑platform solutions to clients.

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years of investment banking experience at a leading global or boutique IB platform.
• Demonstrated ability to originate and close complex, high‑profile transactions – M&A, capital raises, strategic advisory.
• Direct experience or deep interest in cybersecurity, software, or enterprise IT.
• A strong personal network of institutional investors, VCs, PE firms, and fintech operators.
• Advanced expertise in corporate finance, valuation, modeling, and transaction structuring.
• FINRA Series 79 and 63 required;
  Series 24 a plus.
• Highly entrepreneurial mindset, leadership presence, and the drive to build something industry‑defining.

The reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $250,000. Colleagues may be eligible for additional, discretionary incentive compensation based on the colleague's and the firm's performance.
