The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.Responsibilities:
- Lead the assessment, management, and monitoring of counter party credit risk across trading products (FX, derivatives, SFTs)
- Enhance and maintain the end-to-end counter party credit risk framework including operational workflow, limits monitoring, measurement, stress testing, controls and reporting
- Conduct portfolio risk reviews as well as stress testing and scenario analysis
- Collaborate with front-office, credit risk management, legal and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory guidelines
- Report and present Counter party Credit Risks to senior management, risk committees, and regulators
- Work with the risk analytics team to enhance existing models to ensure risks are appropriately captured
- Lead a team of 3-5 risk professionals
- Supports the execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
- 10 + years’ experience in counter party risk or relevant function
- Strong product knowledge of FX, derivatives, repos, SBLs, total return swaps and structured products
- Expertise in counter party risk analytics including PFE, EPE, CVA and stress testing. Exceptional communication and writing skills with the ability to synthesize complex concepts and translate into easy-to-understand language, and effectively present in text or slide format
- Strong ability to analyze and interpret data
- S trong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a complex environment with changing priorities
- Management experience
The typical base pay range for this role is between $186K - $250K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
