Ram Grows Financial... We are seeking bilingual entry-level Tax Preparers to join our team for the upcoming tax season. This is a great opportunity for those with some tax preparation experience looking to advance their careers in the financial industry.
Responsibilities- Prepare and file individual and small business tax returns accurately.
- Assist clients with tax inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Review financial records for tax compliance.
- Manage multiple client files and tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and secure client information.
- Fluency in Spanish, Arabic, Urdu, or Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Some tax preparation experience required (seasonal experience a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure, especially during peak season.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and participate in training programs.
