You'll be the Controller's right hand, the one who ensures every debit has its credit soulmate and that the regulators are happily impressed. A few of your tasks include:

• Partnering with the Controller on daily accounting functions and making sure transactions and reconciliations are perfectly balanced.
• Leading the charge on monthly reconciliations and owning the month‑end close.
• Designing, implementing, and defending accounting policies and internal controls.
• Ensuring financial statements are accurate and timely.
• Overseeing the General Ledger with an eagle eye to accurately report financial results.
• Leading key accounting projects, including financial consolidations.
• Coordinating audit processes and continually upgrading policies to make everything run faster, better, and with fewer headaches.
• Supporting the tax prep and providing the documentation needed for those quarterly and annual audit deep dives.

What You'll Need to Be an Accounting All‑Star:

• A Bachelor’s Degree (Accounting, Finance, or Economics).
• CPA? You'll earn bonus points.
• 6+ years of rock‑solid accounting experience. Capital Markets or Auditing foundation is a must‑have.
• Fluency in a large ERP software. You speak its language.
• A profound understanding of financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance standards.
• The ability to juggle multiple deadlines while making it look easy.
• A laser‑like attention to detail combined with brilliant analytical chops—you find problems before they even know they're problems.
• The articulate charm to collaborate effectively with anyone from the intern to the CEO.
