What you’ll do:

  • Foster an innovative and inclusive environment while mentoring junior colleagues.
  • Lead high‑quality engagements within expected time frames and budgets.
  • Build and grow relationships with clients in Wealth and Asset Management and across the financial crimes compliance industry.
  • Analyze key aspects of anti‑money laundering, sanctions, and financial crimes regulations.
  • Collaborate across all three lines of defense to deliver compliance solutions tailored to client needs.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with 4–5+ years of experience in financial crimes compliance, regulatory environments, or related fields.
  • Functional understanding of broker‑dealer and registered investment advisor compliance.
  • Experience in investment management, fund management, or similar competencies.
  • Analytical skills to understand money laundering trends, sanctions risks, and financial crimes.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 100% to meet client needs.

What sets you apart:

  • Experience with transaction monitoring, Know Your Customer (KYC), or sanctions screening technology systems.
  • Knowledge of investor and client onboarding processes in wealth and investment management.
  • A knack for building relationships and driving business development opportunities.
  • Prior experience in consulting is a bonus, but not required.
