What you’ll do:
- Foster an innovative and inclusive environment while mentoring junior colleagues.
- Lead high‑quality engagements within expected time frames and budgets.
- Build and grow relationships with clients in Wealth and Asset Management and across the financial crimes compliance industry.
- Analyze key aspects of anti‑money laundering, sanctions, and financial crimes regulations.
- Collaborate across all three lines of defense to deliver compliance solutions tailored to client needs.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with 4–5+ years of experience in financial crimes compliance, regulatory environments, or related fields.
- Functional understanding of broker‑dealer and registered investment advisor compliance.
- Experience in investment management, fund management, or similar competencies.
- Analytical skills to understand money laundering trends, sanctions risks, and financial crimes.
- Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 100% to meet client needs.
What sets you apart:
- Experience with transaction monitoring, Know Your Customer (KYC), or sanctions screening technology systems.
- Knowledge of investor and client onboarding processes in wealth and investment management.
- A knack for building relationships and driving business development opportunities.
- Prior experience in consulting is a bonus, but not required.
